Service fees & policies
- Service visit fee
- $50, paid when you book online. Covers a basic mobile service visit and preliminary assessment, not advanced diagnostics, parts or repairs. Credited toward your final invoice if you go ahead with an authorized repair.
- Travel & mileage
- The first 20 driving miles (one way) from our base in Orange are included in the $50. Beyond that, $0.50 per mile by driving distance, calculated from your address and shown before you pay.
- Additional work
- Any additional diagnostics or repairs are explained and estimated for your approval before work begins.
- Payment
- Zelle, Venmo or card for the final invoice.
- Cancellations
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund or free rescheduling. Within 48 hours, or for a missed appointment, the $50 may be charged. If we cancel or can't make it, you get a full refund.
